Learn with Lola

Learn Tagalog with Lola (Ages 7– up)Connect with Filipino heritage and language in this interactive, 7-week program designed for kids ages 7 to 10! Meeting one hour daily, the program blends 3 in-person sessions filled with storytelling, cooking, traditional games, and conversations with Lola alongside 4 online sessions featuring songs, crafts, and interactive games. Over seven weeks, young learners will build confidence speaking Tagalog—learning basic greetings, family terms, food, numbers, and daily phrases—while discovering rich cultural values like Paggalang (respect) and Bayanihan (community). The program culminates in a fun showcase and "My Filipino Heritage" final project!.
